The pool opening has been rescheduled to May 19th. We apologize for the last minute notice, and are taking steps to avoid opening delays in the future.

The pool opens May 12th. Make sure you have your key card and photo ID available. We will have security guards at the pool periodically to help ensure only our residents and their guests are using the pool. This will help prevent vandalism and make the pool safer for our homeowners. All homeowners will be receiving updated pool rules shortly via postal mail. Pool rules are also available

Our entrance signs are being replaced this week. While the design will remain the same, we have gone with a more sophisticated color scheme to represent our neighborhood. We hope you like them!

The pool is now closed for the year! We will be reopening the pool in mid May.

We have a new pass card system for access to the pool. With this new system, we will be able to keep the pool area more secure for our homeowners. If you need additional cards, they are available from PPM, our association's property management company.
